The typical investment structure consists of angel investor check sizes ranging from $20k and up, with target investment rounds between $500k and $1 million per deal. The aim is to secure a 5-15% ownership stake through the use of SAFE or Convertible Notes. This allows angels to pool together significant backing through a standardized, founder-friendly vehicle.
Not at the moment. The platform is in the MVP phase now. In the future, we plan to take a small percentage fee on funds raised through successful campaigns on our platform. As our network grows, we focus on spotlighting promising ventures and facilitating connections for collective impact.
